About Me

I’m Kelly Rae Kerwin.

I’m a spiritual mentor, energy medicine practitioner, and ceremonial guide devoted to walking beside those who are ready to live in a deeper relationship with their body, soul, and the sacred.

My work is shaped by years of devotion to Curanderismo and the principles of traditional midwifery — paths that honor the body as a vessel of Spirit and recognize every life passage as holy.

I hold this work with reverence, patience, and deep respect for the wisdom already present within you.

A Living Practice

I don’t approach healing as something separate from life.

The body, mind, spirit, and ancestral field are always in conversation — and when we listen closely, what is needed reveals itself.

My role is not to fix or direct, but to attune, witness, and support what is ready to be remembered, released, or integrated.

Over the years, I’ve held space for thousands of people through seasons of awakening, illness, grief, creativity, transition, and rebirth. Each experience has deepened my trust in the body’s intelligence and the soul’s timing.

Lineage & Approach

Curanderismo and traditional midwifery share a common understanding:
that life unfolds through thresholds, and each threshold carries medicine.

Together, these traditions inform how I work — tending to the emotional, spiritual, energetic, and ancestral layers of a person’s story, not to repair what is broken, but to restore relationship with what has always been whole.

My approach is intuitive, relational, and responsive. I draw from a broad range of practices and training, but I do not lead with technique. What guides the work is presence, discernment, and what your system is ready to meet.

Working Together

Every session is a collaboration.

We begin with listening — through conversation, sensation, and subtle awareness — allowing the body and spirit to set the direction.

From there, the work unfolds organically, supporting integration across all levels: emotional, physical, spiritual, mental, energetic, and ancestral.

Each session, ceremony, or mentorship is an invitation to return to your truth, your rhythm, and your original light.

The Personal Is Sacred

I am a mother.
A musician.
A teacher.

I’ve lived through trauma, chronic illness, and profound transformation, and I hold this work as both sacred and human.

I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone new.
I believe it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

Healing isn’t a repair — it’s a reunion.

If You’re New Here

You don’t need to know exactly what you need.
You don’t need the right language.
You just need to feel the quiet yes.

Welcome to the work.
Welcome to yourself.

Welcome home.
